GENERAL CONDITIONS
1) THE CUSTOMER In full compliance with current regulations, authorizes the FOR YOU Platform to process personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003 and art. 13 GDPR”
2) THE CUSTOMER agrees that the personal data, reported in the appointment request filled out by him, are managed by the FOR YOU platform, which will transmit them to the Professional in charge of managing the appointment for the execution of the requested services or interventions and will use them only for communications or information relating to the appointment made.
3) The FOR YOU platform may send emails with updates, or internal commercial purposes, with the prohibition of disclosing the data to others.
4) the fixed cost of each appointment request for the execution of interventions, services, consultancy or supplies will be included in the total price. The necessary inspections for any work that requires more in-depth analysis for the evaluation of a quote are free.
5) THE CUSTOMER agrees to allow the designated operator to enter the places described in the appointment request, and to remain present for the entire duration of the operation without hindering the work.
6) By accepting the quote and the advance payment THE CUSTOMER authorizes the FOR YOU platform to program, manage, and trigger all procedures to ensure that the appointment made is perfectly organized, therefore, the request is in fact a commitment, the cancellation of the intervention or service, within four hours before the agreed time, via email, must be communicated.
7) The payment method for the intervention or service was confirmed by the CUSTOMER at the time of the request, therefore changes or omissions will not be accepted. Payment must be made strictly before the execution of the service or intervention.
8) Each intervention or service is estimated in a set time frame, to then make room for other scheduled appointments, therefore if there were any problems not dependent on our cause but on any other problem, or on your incomplete and unsuitable supplies, which compromise the extension of the times or the impossibility of carrying out the service or intervention, the CUSTOMER is required to pay the fee of € 50.00 for missed service/intervention.
9) It is forbidden to have the operator carry out works other than those described in the estimate, or to set private appointments for other work with the same.
10) The supply of all materials complete with accessories (none excluded) are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER including their transport to the work surface, the same must ensure their functionality and that there are no defective parts. Otherwise, if the FOR YOU platform is entrusted with the purchase and transport to the floor, after having proposed the price, the customer must pay in advance by bank transfer at least two days before the service/intervention, under penalty of cancellation of the appointment.
11) The appointment request will be processed within 48 hours of arrival at our offices, we invite you to give two appointment proposals, specifying day and time, to allow the FOR YOU Platform to set the appointment, in the shortest possible time
12) THE CUSTOMER must communicate to the FOR YOU platform, any act of rudeness or other by our operators, or negative notes.
13) Prices are excluding 22% VAT, invoicing will take place within 15 days of the work performed, for invoicing you will be asked for additional personal data, which will be processed only for invoicing purposes in full compliance with the laws on Privacy. The invoice will be issued in electronic format and a courtesy copy sent by email or whatsapp.
14) In the event that our operators arrive at the appointment with a delay of more than thirty minutes and without notice, € 30.00 will be discounted from the total of the intervention.
15) For any dispute, the competent Court is that of Rome. I confirm that I have read points 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15, of the General Conditions which I accept in all its contents
